We are an interior design company with active projects in Cairo and Alexandria, seeking a qualified and experienced
Site Engineer
to join our dynamic team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and monitor all interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  2. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and resolve any discrepancies with the technical office and design team.
  3. Coordinate daily site activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  4. Prepare and maintain work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation, including unit measurement and the as-built drawings.
  5. Inspect delivered materials to ensure they meet project requirements and approve for installation.
  6. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  7. Address and resolve any technical or execution issues that may arouse during project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishing details, and interior execution techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
