Key Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Development & Expansion

  2. Identify potential markets and investors for new franchise opportunities.

  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to attract qualified franchisees.
  4. Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  5. Conduct market research to evaluate potential locations and assess business feasibility.
  6. Prepare and present franchise business proposals and financial models to potential partners.

  7. Franchise Management & Support

  8. Act as the main point of contact for all franchise partners, ensuring effective communication and support.

  9. Monitor franchisee performance to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and sales targets.
  10. Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance) to support franchisees' needs.
  11. Organize periodic meetings, training, and audits to ensure quality and performance consistency.
  12. Assist franchisees in resolving operational challenges and business improvement initiatives.

  13. Strategic Planning & Reporting

  14. Contribute to annual business development plans and franchise growth targets.

  15. Prepare reports and presentations on franchise performance and expansion opportunities.
  16. Provide recommendations for business process improvement and revenue optimization.
  17. Maintain accurate documentation and database of all franchise-related contracts and records.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development, franchise sales, or franchise management.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing franchise partners.
  • Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
