Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Market for a Zoho Sales Account Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with clients, leveraging Zoho tools to address customer needs, driving sales, and achieving targets. The role requires a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals. This position involves analyzing customer requirements and providing tailored technology solutions to enhance their business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new business customers for Zoho solutions (Zoho One,
- CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, People, etc.).
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → needs analysis → product demos → proposal →
- negotiation → closing.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized Zoho product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
2. Account Management
- Manage and grow assigned existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling Zoho
- applications.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
3. Market & Product Expertise
- Stay updated on Zoho product features, updates, and integrations.
- Understand customer business industries and recommend best-fit solutions.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth project
- handover.
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance to the Commercial Director.
- Update and maintain all sales activities, pipelines, and documentation on Zoho CRM.
- Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures and documentation
Requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience in outdoor B2B sales (preferred: CRM, ERP, tech solutions).
•Previous experience selling Zoho products is a must.
•Strong knowledge of CRM and business automation systems.
Skills
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Strong presentation and demo skills (online + onsite).
•Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
•Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
•Excellent command of Arabic and English.
Scope of Work
The Zoho Sales Executive will:
•Represent the Zoho business line in Egypt.
•Lead customer acquisition for SMEs and large enterprises.
•Serve as the main point of contact for commercial activities related to Zoho.
•Align sales activities with the Commercial Director's strategy.
•Continuously explore new industries and segments to expand market presence.
