Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Implementer - Zoho, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves implementing and configuring Zoho solutions to meet client requirements, providing technical support, and managing software deployment and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client needs, integrating Zoho applications with other systems, providing training to users, and ensuring smooth functionality.

What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

You will be the architect and guardian of our automation pipeline:

  • Automation Ownership: Own, design, and optimize all Zoho CRM automation, workflows, and integrations, ensuring maximum efficiency for our commercial teams.
  • API & Integration Management: Manage the complex API mapping and connectivity between key platforms, including Meta, AI, Zoho CRM.
  • ROI Visibility: Build robust campaign dashboards that successfully link lead source to calculated Return on Investment (ROI) and performance.
  • Tech Enablement: Support the rollout of AI moderation and drive CRM data enrichment initiatives to maximize data quality.
  • Integrity &Speed: Ensure high data consistency and minimal integration lag.

Job Location: Palm Hills- Elsheikh Zayed, Egypt.

Work Conditions: Full-time \ On-site

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience: 3 years of dedicated experience in CRM administration, workflow automation, and system integration (Zoho experience is a must).
  • Proven, hands-on experience with workflow automation, complex data mapping, and understanding API logic.
  • familiarity with JSON, Zoho Flow, and basic scripting to troubleshoot and maintain integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and drive results across commercial and technical teams effectively.
