Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete tendering process from document review to final submission.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (estimation, planning, procurement) for bid preparation.
  • Oversee cost estimation and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop tender strategies and analyze market/competitor data.
  • Maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate, compliant bids.
  • Report tender outcomes and maintain tender documentation.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in tendering/estimation within construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, costing, and contracts (FIDIC, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
