Are you an experienced
Factory Manager
ready to lead production operations and drive excellence in the aluminum and glass industry?

Smart Window Company is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our factory operations, ensuring high-quality production, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate factory staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with HSE policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field).
  • 10+ years
    of experience in factory or production management, preferably in the
    aluminum, glass, or façade industry
    .
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
