Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager - Furniture located in Cairo, Egypt. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, planning production schedules, managing quality control processes, and coordinating manufacturing operations. The role also involves ensuring operational efficiency, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in furniture manufacturing is a must
  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Experience in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
  • Proficiency in Operations Management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
