Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will involve conducting market research, developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partnerships with clients. Additionally, the manager will be expected to provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Analysis
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks independently
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and technology-driven businesses is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
