Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of President, located in Cairo, Egypt. The President will oversee the strategic direction and overall management of the organization while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. Responsibilities include driving business growth, building and maintaining partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing key operations across departments. Leadership, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience in overseeing business operations at an executive level
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including biotechnology and regulatory compliance within international markets
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in financial planning, operational management, and developing business growth strategies
  • Proven ability to foster innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and drive organizational success
  • Experience working in international markets, particularly Arabian, African, and European regions, is preferred
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic organizational environment
