Vice HR Manager
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate
Company located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Supervise daily
    HR operations
    (recruitment, personnel, payroll).
  • Ensure compliance with
    Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax regulations
    .
  • Oversee the
    recruitment process
    , from job posting and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Manage
    attendance, leaves, and employee records
    within the HR system.
  • Supervise the
    monthly payroll cycle
    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update all
    HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • From
    5
    to
    7 years of HR experience
    , including
    at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Exp in real estate companies is preferred.
  • Proven experience in
    payroll, personnel, and recruitment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    labor law and government regulations
    .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good up to excellent in
    MS Office.
