Job Vacancy: Collection Manager – Nasr City

We are seeking an experienced Collection Manager to join our team at a reputable company based in Nasr City.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire collection process from clients and tenants.

Develop and implement monthly collection plans and monitor performance.

Establish and enhance collection policies and procedures in line with company standards.

Follow up on overdue accounts and take the necessary actions to secure payment.

Prepare and submit regular reports on receivables status to senior management.

Coordinate with the legal department regarding delinquent cases.

Lead, train, and motivate the collection team to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in collections, preferably within commercial .

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Solid knowledge of collection systems and accounting practices.

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
