We are hiring Senior visa officer

Operational Tasks

1-
Oversee and review all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring a smooth process.

2-
Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents within government timelines.

3-
Implement efficient workflows and systems as defined by the head of department.

4-
Analyze and improve visa application processes.

5-
Ensure adherence to quality standards and accuracy in visa application processing.

6-
Conduct regular quality checks and audits.

7-
Implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Management

1-     Assist in assigning tasks and monitor team performance.

2-     Train newcomers and follow up during the probation period.

Client Management

3-     Follow up on scheduled appointments and confirm with clients.

4-     Monitor client satisfaction levels.

5-     Resolve client complaints and issues.

6-     Build and maintain strong client relationships

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in Visa officer
  • At least
    1 year of proven experience in a leadership role
    .
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
