Job Details:


• Position Title: Senior Human Resources Officer


• Position Type: Full-Time.


• Location: Dokki.

Qualifications:


• Education: Graduated from Business Majors or English Sections of Al-Alsun, Arts, or Education is preferable.


• Experience: +3 years of experience in management.


• Familiar with Training Fields is a plus.

Experience & Skills:


• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and mentor junior HR staff.


• Talent Management: Expertise in recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and development of employees.


• Strategic Planning: Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.


• Employee Relations: Extensive experience handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.


• Compensation and Benefits: In-depth understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.


• Performance Management: Experience designing and implementing performance appraisal systems and providing coaching to managers on performance feedback.


• HR Compliance: Thorough knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements at local, national, and international levels.


• Data Analysis: Proficiency in HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
