Job Summary: 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Production Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review CTD files, assess feasibility, and coordinate CAPEX and manufacturing routing with internal teams.
  • Respond to customer RFIs and act as the main technical contact for out-licensing partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional requirements with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Support production planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure OTIF delivery.
  • Manage artwork and packaging processes, ensuring timely approvals and readiness for product launch.
  • Facilitate effective communication and participate in internal/external meetings to align timelines, resolve queries, and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical operations (R&D), production coordination within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, and CAPEX planning. and with CTD structure and content is a plus.
  • Experience in artwork and packaging coordination is an advantage. Proficient in project coordination and production planning tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer interaction.
