Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Giza,Delta,Alex The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing product inquiries, providing detailed information, and offering technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, training healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely product deliveries. Additionally, the Product Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in medical devices and products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Customer service experience and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Capability to work collaboratively with sales and support teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, etc.)
  • Previous experience in the endoscopy or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
