About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large data sets to help the company make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with different departments to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.

Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.

Translate business needs into data requirements and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to support strategic initiatives.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with company standards.

Use statistical techniques to provide predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
