Job Description

  • Manage 3PL operations for GEPD products (Consumables, soft goods, dry items & finish goods)
  • Inspecting received goods in terms of conditions and quantity.
  • Adding (Receiving) and dispensing items as per Instructions /SOPs either in Internal or Outsourced warehouse.
  • Ensure secure storage of the goods.
  • Storing the goods as per the storage instructions set by the company.
  • Ensuring material allocation and distribution on SAP system as per DCs, labs, PLCs needs shared by the planning department.
  • Regular alignment with quality team for inspection and release for materials subject to quality inspection.
  • Monitoring the warehoused items quantities and shelf life (expiry dates), communicating them to all concerned parties in a timely manner to take the necessary action.
  • Preparing regular reports on the expiry dates of stored items and following up on procedures for excluding expired items.
  • Conducting periodical physical inventory counts and ensuring that physical count results reconcile with the balances in the accounting books/records.
  • Providing sufficient and appropriate space for storing different items in internal warehouses in a way that preserves their quality, avoids damage, and facilitates the process of dispensing items as quick and efficient as possible.
  • Perform all SAP transactions related to warehousing operations.
  • Sending all the needed docs to the DCs, labs, PLCs & our 3PL central WH to ensure receiving the items on time.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Preparing warehouse reports, such as the daily inventory movement report, inventory turnover report, and deviation reports, justifying deficit/surplus and recommending the appropriate actions, accordingly.
  • Review invoices related to the 3PL warehousing and confirm receiving the service.
  • Any roles or responsibilities may be changed based on the business needs.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with the duties of the with at least 2 years' experience in receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies, and equipment or warehousing experience, preferably in pharma industry.
  • Should be familiar with inventory systems, and storekeeping methods and procedures.
  • fit to perform physical tasks such as lifting of heavy objects
  • Experience in Microsoft Office application
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Very Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to organize matters & multi-task
  • Work cooperatively with others
