The Role: AI Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and forward-thinking 
AI Engineer
 to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI systems. You'll play a key role in shaping our GenAI infrastructure, fine-tuning models, and developing smart agentic workflows.
Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain 
    RAG pipelines
     for enterprise search and automation.
  • Design and write 
    effective prompts
     for LLMs and multi-modal models.
  • Fine-tune 
    large language models (LLMs)
     and 
    speech models (TTS/ASR)
    .
  • Develop 
    GenAI-powered workflows
     and agentic systems.
  • Prepare, clean, and manage data pipelines for training and inference.
  • Deploy and monitor models on 
    cloud
     and 
    on-prem
     environments.
  • Integrate AI systems with third-party APIs and internal services.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years
     of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Python

    JavaScript

    OOP/DATA Structures

  • Experience with 
    MongoDB

  • Proficiency in 
    NLP
