We are building one of the strongest Market-Ready AI Tracks in the region — designed directly from Egypt & GCC job posts — and we're looking for an AI/ML Instructor who can teach real-world skills, not theory.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver paid hourly live sessions (2–3 hours each ■ twice per week)
  • Support learners on Discord/Slack with technical Q&A
  • Review weekly mini-projects (6–7 total)
  • Mentor students through a complete Capstone MVP
  • Teach using real use-cases: Retail · FinTech · Telecom · Manufacturing · Support
  • Apply professional workflows:
  • PR reviews · Git/GitHub · Model Cards · Clean READMEs

Topics You Will Teach

From the AI Level 1 Syllabus:

  • Python for Data/AI · EDA · pandas · numpy
  • Supervised ML: Regression, Classification, XGBoost
  • Feature Engineering + sklearn Pipelines
  • Deep Learning Basics using PyTorch
  • Computer Vision (Transfer Learning · OpenCV · ONNX intro)
  • NLP (Arabic/EN Sentiment Analysis using BERT)
  • Deployment (FastAPI + Docker)
  • Business KPIs & applied ML thinking (retention · churn · stock · SLA)

Required Experience

To ensure top-level instruction:

  • 2–4+ years hands-on experience in ML/DL
  • Strong Python, sklearn, pandas, XGBoost, PyTorch
  • Experience deploying models (FastAPI + Docker)
  • Ability to teach in Arabic with English technical terms
  • Previous mentoring/teaching is a strong plus
  • Strong communication & clarity in explaining complex topics

Compensation (Hourly)

We pay per hour, not per cohort:

  • Live sessions: Paid per hour
  • Project reviews: Optional · Paid per hour
  • Extra recorded content: Paid separately

Pay rate depends on:

experience, ML portfolio, deployment background, and communication skills.
