Qesm El Maadi Cairo, Egypt Integrated Technics Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities :-

1-Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions by Read RFP, define the deadline tailored to their needs.

2- Prepare and deliver detailed technical quotes, Prepare BOQ, presentations, and demonstrations.

3- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team during client meetings and negotiations, cost sheet to be discussed &

revised. Open deal ID or OPE.

4- Prepare technical submittal to Prepare financial offer, Get discount & align with vendors.

5- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and smooth transition from sales to

implementation.

6- Conduct product and solution workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

7- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors' products.

8- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales phase.

9- Support the preparation of commercial offers by providing accurate technical inputs.

10- Assist in developing and improving the pre-sales process and documentation.

11- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building technical competence within the team.

12- Prepare technical submittal if needed.

13- Prepare financial offer.

14- Study new technology or product (per month).

15- Prepare heatmap if needed.

16- Follow up with customer till receiving Purchase order (PO).

17- Revise Customer Purchase order (PO)

18- Prepare final cost after getting final quotes.

Qualifications:-

1-Should have a good understanding of virtualization concepts in the data center to include hypervisors, containers, HCI, VDI, and etc.

2-Experience in VMware, Dell and Nutanix.

3-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics,

Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related

discipline.

4-Al last 3-5 experience in presales – technical sales

within pre-sales or technical sales support.
