Presales and Security Architects
at both
Junior and Senior levels

Job Requirements

1.
    
Bachelor's degree, ideally in the fields of Engineering, computer and information science, cyber security, Information Technology

2.
    
Certifications such as Network and System Security (CNNA, CCNP, CompetiA+), Information Security and Pen Testing (CEH, ECSA) is a must

3.
    Strong knowledge of security products and technologies such as:

  • FW/IPS, LTM/WAF, Mail Gateway/Sandbox
  • SIEM, SOAR, Deception
  • Vulnerability/Patch Management
  • EDR/XDR, DNS Security, Anti-DDoS
  • DLP, DRM, GRC, PAM/IAM

4.
   
3+ years of experience in technical presales (Senior Level)

5.
  
Excellent communication and presentation skills

6.
    
Good problem-solving skills with a structured thinking process.

For junior roles,

fewer years of experience are acceptable, and all certifications are not mandatory, but candidates should have at least basic cybersecurity knowledge and relevant certifications are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

·
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to understand the requirements and devise effective solutions.

·
Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.

·
Act as a subject matter expert for information security services to our clients.

·
Deliver successful proof of concept for our clients.

·
Execution of technical security projects for our clients.

·
Present technical proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

·
Doing the Research and Development (R&D) activities in Cyber Security.

·
Educate the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of new offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.

·
Communicate with Sales, PMs, and Technical Teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clients' needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offering's portfolio or changes in proposal.
