We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong business process understanding to provide first-line support for our Dynamics CRM system. The ideal candidate is someone who bridges the gap between business users and the technical team, ensuring efficient issue resolution, process clarity, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the first point of contact for application support related to Dynamics CRM.


• Understand and interpret business processes, particularly in Sales, Billing, and Customer Service modules.


• Perform initial diagnostics, troubleshoot common issues, and provide solutions using system configurations.


• Log and escalate complex issues to the technical/development team with clear business context.


• Conduct user training, prepare system usage documentation, and drive user adoption.


• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to continuously improve system usage and user satisfaction.

Preferred Background:


• 7+ years of experience in Application Support, CRM Support, or IT Helpdesk for business applications.


• Must have developer experience.


• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred; experience with Siebel, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.


• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales operations, billing, or customer management.


• Ability to translate business needs into functional system behavior and explain technical topics in layman's terms.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice to Have:


• Experience in preparing support documentation or user manuals.


• Background working with shared service centers or multinational companies.


• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
