Job Purpose:

The HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR department through data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures the accuracy and accessibility of HR data, and acts as the link between HR and IT for system-related initiatives

Key Resposibilities:

  • Design and develop HR analytical reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, policies, and guidelines in a structured and user-friendly platform.
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support different HR functions.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance and troubleshoot HR systems, applications, and tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems and reports.
  • Support ongoing HR projects through data preparation, validation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of Power BI and Excel; familiarity with other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
