Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, issuing offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding journey and follow up during the probation period.
- Process administrative and purchase requests related to HR operations on SAP
- Support employee engagement by organizing internal events and company activities.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and implement the annual training plan with internal and external providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
- 2–3 years of solid HR experience, particularly in recruitment, training, engagement, and personnel.
- Applicants must be residents of Giza or 6th of October City.
