Key job responsibilities
As a Direct Import Program Manager at Amazon, you'll provide essential analytical and operational support to drive efficient fulfillment operations. This role combines data analysis, process improvement, and system support to optimize DI performance. Using tools like Excel, SQL, and Amazon's internal systems, you'll analyze operational metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Working with Area Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll help implement best practices, troubleshoot systems, and drive operational excellence. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential for success in this role.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
