Overview:

Risk based approach for all security assessments in Sokhna Plant, to generate an action plan for all physical and nonphysical security. Provide security solutions for identified risks, as well as managing the TP security service provider and assess their performance. Coordinate with local communities responsible for the external security, and liaise with law enforcement authorities to report security related incident and to maintain peace and order in the Plant and its surroundings.

Responsibilities:

Health & Safety:

• Monitor and report all safety violations in Sokhna Plant.

Functional:

• Security assessment for Sokhna Plant.
• Investigations for any incidents and report it to country SD immediately.
• Ensure full implementation and update of Security plans developed for Sokhna Plant: Security Master Plan, Crisis Management Plan, Business Continuity Plan, Evacuation Plan
• Support accident investigation by line managers and make sure all incidents are fully investigated, closed out, and suitably communicated.
• Risk Assessment and action plan for risk mitigations at Sokhna Plant.
• Manage directly security at Sokhna Plant.
• Manage directly Security of Geocycle Platform at the Plant and Suez site.
• Liaise with relevant local Authorities on Security matters.
• Direct Security contractor management for the Egyptian BU's.
• Evaluate security provider on quarterly basis.
• Submit reports on monthly basis on security gaps and performance to Country Security Director as well as the Industrial Director.
• Provide training for security guards on SSI and human rights.
• Lead BRT at Sokhna Plant during crisis and coordinate with I.D
• Attend departmental meetings and Ex-com meetings if needed at the Plant and report relevant topics.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of security risk assessment and best practices.
• Excellent Team Management skills

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in
  security management
  is a must.
• Experience in working in an international environment and experience abroad is a plus.
• Prior experience in the police is highly preferred.
