• Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to SOPs, quality, and legal compliance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN Manufacturing , Problem solving tolls and Zero Loss Analysis.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet KPIs.

• Ensure alignment of production and logistics with corporate goals and customer expectations.

• SHEQ Leadership (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality)

• Champion a "Safety First" culture across the plant.

- The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, logistics, and people development. This role ensures the delivery of high-performance results through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety and collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive cultural transformation, foster innovation, and lead the plant toward world-class manufacturing standards.
