Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Export professional, located in Heliopolis. The Sales Export role involves managing export operations, handling export documentation, and ensuring the compliance of all shipment processes. The selected candidate will communicate with clients, facilitate import-export transactions, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Export, and handling Export Documentation.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance and accuracy in operations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for export and shipment processes is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the fresh produce export industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
