For fire systems leading company located in 5th settlement & 10th of Ramadan :-

(1) MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineer in procurement :-

3-5 years experience

is responsible for managing the purchasing of materials and services for construction projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Key duties include evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating costs, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project specifications, budgets, and deadlines. They act as a liaison between project teams and suppliers, managing the procurement lifecycle from initial request to final delivery and documentation.

Key responsibilities

Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Material and service procurement: Source and purchase all necessary materials, equipment, and services for MEP projects.

Cost analysis and negotiation: Conduct market research and negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best value within budget.

Order and contract management: Issue purchase orders, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with all agreed-upon terms.

Technical and commercial evaluation: Review technical specifications from engineering teams and compare both technical and financial offers from vendors.

Logistics and delivery: Coordinate with project sites to ensure the timely delivery of materials.

Documentation: Maintain all procurement records, such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.

Problem-solving: Resolve any issues that arise during the procurement process, such as delays or material shortages.

(2) MEP sales engineer ( indoor & outdoor ) :-

who sells mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services and systems to clients in the construction industry, such as contractors and developers. They combine their technical knowledge of MEP systems with sales skills to provide customers with product and system solutions, prepare presentations, and support sales teams.

Responsibilities:

Market and sell MEP services and products.

Present technical products to clients.

Determine customer needs and system requirements by collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Provide sales support to clients.

Key skills and knowledge:

Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, which are essential for making buildings habitable.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Sales and customer relationship management abilities.
