Job Description

Who are we?

Responsibilities:

1. Forward Operations:

-Assist in the day-to-day execution of forward logistics operations.

-Support order processing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

-Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal inventory levels and smooth shipment processes.

-Learn and contribute to the optimization of supply chain operations.

1. Reverse Operations:

-Support the management of the reverse logistics process, including returns and exchanges.

-Assist in the implementation of effective return policies to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

-Analyze return trends under guidance to provide insights for process improvement.

-Work closely with the team to address and resolve return-related inquiries.

1. Seller Onboarding:

-Contribute to the onboarding process for new sellers onto our platform.

-Assist in maintaining up-to-date onboarding documentation for sellers.

-Provide support in training sessions for sellers and act as a point of contact for basic inquiries.

-Collaborate with team members to streamline and enhance the overall onboarding process.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

-Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a must.

-Entry-level candidates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

-Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement.
