The
Product Owner
acts as the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and the development team. They are responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance the company's SaaS product, ensuring it delivers exceptional value, scalability, and user experience.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Own the product roadmap and define priorities for HR modules (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, Attendance, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve the product experience
  • Analyze usage data and define KPIs to measure product success and drive adoption

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • +2 years of experience as a Product Owner .
  • Proven ability to manage agile product cycles and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
