Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-value products that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital solutions.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Commercial, and Sales.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and customers to shape product features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation or digital product development is a plus.
  • Certification in Product Ownership or Scrum (PSPO / CSPO) is an advantage.
