Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level Product Owner to join our Odoo development team. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality software solutions that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories and tasks.

  • Work closely with development teams to deliver iterative product releases.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate features before launch.

  • Gather user feedback and analyze product performance to inform future improvements.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
