Role Description

We are seeking a **hotel professional** with strong experience in **reservations and revenue operations**. The **Assistant Revenue Manager Hotels** will oversee daily reservation activities, support revenue management strategies, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

* Handle and supervise daily **hotel reservation operations** across properties.

* Maintain accurate room inventory and manage overbooking control.

* Assist in applying **revenue management and pricing strategies**.

* Analyze booking trends and market demand to support business decisions.

* Prepare daily and monthly reports for management review.

* Collaborate closely with **Front Office, Sales, and Marketing** teams.

* Deliver a high standard of **guest service** and promote upselling opportunities.

*Strong hospitality background** with proven experience in **hotel reservations or front office**.

* Familiarity with **PMS/RMS systems** (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and data analysis.

* Bachelor's degree in **Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field**.

* Previous experience in **revenue management support** is an advantage.
