Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 
Revenue Manager
in the
Hospitality Division
, located in
Cairo, Egypt
. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing revenue across hospitality properties by developing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth. The role involves daily collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure maximum profitability and occupancy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies
  • Monitoring performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.)
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research
  • Forecasting demand and adjusting rate strategies accordingly
  • Managing distribution channels and OTA partnerships
  • Preparing regular revenue performance reports and presenting insights to management
  • Supporting budgeting and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory management
  • Familiarity with PMS, RMS, and channel management tools (e.g., Opera, Duetto, STR, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality consulting is a strong plus
