Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Non-Voice Agent. The agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through written communication channels, including email and chat. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client queries effectively, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction standards are met while adhering to company guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in written communication and ability to handle customer interactions effectively via email and chat
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Technical familiarity with Office 365 and other digital tools
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site within a team-oriented environment in Cairo
