Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our head office and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and can balance professionalism with a positive, people-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and maintain the daily administrative operations of the Gomrok head office.


• Supervise support staff (office assistants, drivers, cleaners) to ensure efficiency and professionalism.


• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep in collaboration with vendors and service providers.


• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications between departments.


• Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement initiatives.


• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital and physical).


• Manage petty cash, budgets, and office-related expenses with transparency.


• Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and administrative standards.


• Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative office culture that reflects Gomrok's values.

  • WE WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK (FRIDAY OFF)
