Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining smooth office workflows, and facilitating effective communication within the team. The position requires strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to support team collaboration and client assistance.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage office operations effectively.
  • Experience with Office Equipment management to ensure functionality and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Prior experience in office management or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Responsibilities:


• Manage office operations and daily administrative tasks


• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence


• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments


• Maintain and organize files and records


• Support HR and management in administrative processes

Working Hours:


• From 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM


• Two days off per week

Compensation:


• Basic salary + KPI-based incentive
