Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, maintain office equipment, and handle customer inquiries. The role also involves ensuring the office runs efficiently and providing support to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, documents, and office supplies
- Proficiency in using and maintaining Office Equipment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in management or administrative roles is an advantage
