Responsibilities

  • Schedule vehicles for updates at workshops (not for coordination of vehicle movements).
  • Handle preparation and follow-up activities related to workshop updates.
  • Perform target/actual comparisons of installation statuses.
  • Conduct technical clarifications as needed.
  • Coordinate and order required parts.
  • Manage transportation logistics.
  • Participate regularly in relevant committees and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Fluent German (is a MUST) and English.
  • Automotive experience is recommended
  • Technical background in the automotive field
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Team player with assertiveness
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Systematic thinking and competence
