Senior Tenant Fit-Out Engineer

G Developments is now hiring a Senior Tenant Fit-Out Engineer (MEP).
We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate all MEP-related retail delivery activities,
ensuring high-quality fit-outs, technical compliance, and smooth tenant handovers across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review MEP designs, submissions, and fit-out works with tenants and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
- Maintain MEP documentation and report project status to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in retail MEP and fit-out delivery.
- Strong technical and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
Location: October
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
