G Developments is now hiring an Retail Fit-Out MEP Coordinator.

We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate all MEP-related retail delivery activities,

ensuring high-quality fit-outs, technical compliance, and smooth tenant handovers across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review MEP designs, submissions, and fit-out works with tenants and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
  • Maintain MEP documentation and report project status to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in
    retail MEP and fit-out delivery
    .
  • Strong technical and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday
