Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Moderator (Junior) for a contract-based position reporting to our Cairo, Egypt office. The Sales Moderator will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating sales inquiries, assisting in the preparation of sales materials, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing or prior experience in client relations.
  • Proficient in handling administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and support the team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
