Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, proactively identifying client needs, communicating effectively to resolve issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction and continuously seeking opportunities to improve the client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service years) in Real estate industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and addressing client concerns
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred but not mandatory
