What You'll Actually Do

  • Build real connections with our members
  • Follow up weekly and check in like a real human
  • Plan epic (and consistent) community events every 2–3 weeks
  • Collect honest feedback and make the gym better
  • Support renewals in a natural, friendly way — not salesy
  • Be the bridge between our clients, coaches, and the management team
