Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Learning and Development located in Cairo, Egypt. The Head of Learning and Development will design and implement comprehensive training programs, manage learning initiatives, oversee succession planning, and promote employee engagement strategies. This role ensures alignment between learning efforts and organizational goals to foster workforce effectiveness and growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Experience in Succession Planning and promoting Employee Engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to design and execute strategic learning initiatives
  • Familiarity with managing team performance and fostering organizational culture
  • Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
