Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration & Coordination:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment schedule, including arranging interviews, meetings, and recruitment events.
- Liaise between candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage candidate correspondence, including initial contact, interview invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Conduct initial screening of CVs and applications against basic job requirements.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding:
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive impression of the company.
- Greet candidates and coordinate their visit on interview days.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with the HR Operations team on pre-employment checks, background screenings, and the onboarding process.
- Assist in the preparation of onboarding schedules and materials for new employees.
System & Data Management:
- Post job advertisements on the company career page, local job boards (e.g., Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Bayt), and other relevant channels.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate status, notes, and documentation.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) for the HR team.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
- Maintain organized and confidential recruitment files and databases.
- Assist in ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant.
