This job offers a unique opportunity to explore the recruitment cycle — from managing client accounts and promoting job postings, to sourcing candidates and supporting companies in finding the right talent. You'll be part of a professional, fast-paced environment where you'll develop your business communication, marketing, sales, and HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing employer accounts and support companies throughout their subscription process.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and guide them in posting their vacancies on the AmCham Online Recruitment Center.
  • Review and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist CVs for various positions across different industries.
  • Headhunt candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting job postings across AmCham's social media platforms.
  • Support in sales activities — helping attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Prepare reports and updates on account activity, recruitment progress, and marketing results.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a recruitment agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, organized, and eager to learn about recruitment and client relations.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Confident using online platforms, especially LinkedIn, and social media marketing tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
