1. Job Summary

The Senior ERP/CRM Systems Specialist is responsible for implementing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting ERP (primarily Odoo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24). This role ensures seamless business process automation, system optimization, user support, and continuous improvement of the company's digital ecosystem. The specialist leads projects related to ERP/CRM development and integrations with external systems.

2. Key Responsibilities

ERP (Odoo) Implementation & Support

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP modules.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
  • Manage system workflows, automation rules, and module integrations.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT sessions, and rollout planning.
  • Ensure ongoing technical and functional support to users.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize Odoo modules.

CRM (Bitrix24 or Similar) Administration & Development

  • Configure CRM pipelines, automation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support and improve CRM workflows (sales, marketing, support, HR).
  • Implement integrations between CRM and ERP systems.
  • Train users on CRM features, best practices, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical resolution.

Technical Support & System Integration

  • Provide second-line technical support for business applications.
  • Develop API-based integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Work with vendors and external developers on system enhancement projects.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, workflows, and integrations.

Digital Transformation & Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.
  • Lead cross-department digitalization initiatives.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and process standardization.
  • Ensure systems comply with company policies, security standards, and privacy regulations.

Project Leadership

  • Manage ERP/CRM-related projects from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide mentoring and onboarding to junior team members.

3. Required Qualifications (Senior Level)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (minimum 2+ years with Odoo preferred).
  • Experience in managing full-cycle implementations: analysis → development → deployment → support.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and system architecture.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing (preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Experience with SQL, Python (for Odoo customization), XML, JSON.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into system logic.

  • Ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High responsibility, time management, and attention to detail.
