We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist
 to join our team and manage the full lifecycle of our internal Odoo ERP systems. This role is responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo modules across multiple departments, ensuring seamless business operations and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo workflows.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo based on operational requirements.
  • Create automated workflows, user roles, dashboards, and reports.
  • Train team members and departments on Odoo usage and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to map requirements and improve ERP adoption.
  • Manage data migration, imports, and integrations with other systems.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure clean, scalable configurations.
  • Work with external Odoo partners if needed for custom development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing or supporting Odoo ERP (1–3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, especially operations, finance, and supply chain.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into system solutions.
  • Basic technical knowledge (XML, Python, Postgres, Odoo Studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-department organizations is a strong advantage.
